The National Default Registry
The National Default Registry is the largest of it's kind and is totally free to stores who exclusively use our services.
Since 1995, we worked towards helping store's recoup their monies and outstanding titles - we also strive to combat the video debt problem on a nation-wide level.
Even if your members leave your trading area with no forwarding address - our database is helpful in finding transient members when they sign up at another video store.

- The NDR is a standalone program that does not need the internet to be accessed or updated. However the internet is the preferred method of updating this information..
- It can be interfaced with Rocket and AVWIN video library software. Not one extra keystroke is required when checking to see if your new member is listed on the NDR.
- Members accounts must be paid for the debt to be removed from the NDR.
