Video Defaulters Pty. Ltd. was established in 1995 to prevent any video store member from refusing to pay debts or return products to the original place of hire. Over the last 12 years more than a half a million people have been listed on our national database that can only be accessed by subscribing video stores who pay a nominal fee. More than 70% of all video stores throughout Australia subscribe to the Video Defaulters service before joining up a new member to their video library.

Video Defaulters also provide back up collection services to video stores for the retrieval of unreturned products as well as collecting overdue extended rental fees. Commission is only carried on successful recovery. No collection, no charge. Thus ensuring our client's are placed under no financial risk by using our services.
