![]() When is a Default Listed A Default is an amount of $15.00 or more owing, accumulated as per the terms and conditions for hire or service, (including overdue extended rentals), being less than 7 day terms. A Default may also be listed if stock belonging to a Subscribing Group Member is not returned. This may include goods purchased using funds provided by a Subscribing Group Member with agreed terms of less than 7 days, once in default and all normal processes of mediation and reconciliation have been exhausted. If you are in Default of a Service or Hire agreement anywhere in Australia, you may be listed on the National Default Registry. You are able to utilise the mediation services offered by the National Default Registry free of charge in order to reconcile or negotiate the removal of your Default listing. |
